Our strategic partners financially support us to expand our work - either through developing new programmes or extending into new areas. We couldn’t grow without them and thank them for all their support.
Our employer partners periodically host visits to their workplaces by groups of students, who get a chance to meet employees and ask questions. Volunteers and students then get to work on a challenge that gives a flavour of what the organisation does.
ASPIRE is Deloitte’s week-long work experience programme that gives 200 Year 12 and 13 students from low socio-economic backgrounds an insight into life at Deloitte. This year ASPIRE will be take place in June and July across five UK locations. Deloitte has joined The Skills Builder Partnership to embed essential skills across the ASPIRE work experience programme. We’ll help support students in making progress by spending time with Deloitte volunteers, taking part in business games and immersive case studies, as well as a range of challenges. Deloitte recognises the importance of having a wide range of skills such as listening, problem solving and leadership and our teams will encourage students to incorporate these skills at university, in an apprenticeship, or in the workplace.
