TRIP-HOSTING EMPLOYER

Our employer partners periodically host visits to their workplaces by groups of students, who get a chance to meet employees and ask questions. Volunteers and students then get to work on a challenge that gives a flavour of what the organisation does.

Inspire Motivate Overcome (IMO) is a community third sector organisation, based in Blackburn with Darwen, East Lancashire. IMO is a registered charity and company limited by guarantee. The charity has been in operation since 2006 and our current core mission has been to help local young people and their families to combat disadvantage, to overcome the difficult and different challenges they may face. IMO will start by embedding the Skills Builder Framework into their Employability Programme.
