Finance & Banking
Our employer partners periodically host visits to their workplaces by groups of students, who get a chance to meet employees and ask questions. Volunteers and students then get to work on a challenge that gives a flavour of what the organisation does.
Since 2008, we have been committed to offering clients a fresh approach to wealth management. By drawing together in-depth knowledge and experience from across the industry, we provide a flexible, bespoke service adapted to each of our clients’ needs. LGT Vestra launched our internship programme in 2019 with the hope to engage students from different backgrounds and give them a flavour of the wealth management industry. We hope our work with the Skills Builder Partnership will enable these young people to not only take away industry knowledge but also learn invaluable skills that they can take back to University with them and use in throughout their professional life.
How they use the Skills Builder Framework

Additional offer to schools (e.g. Hub resources)
Increase specificity and focus within programme (e.g. refer to specific steps, rather than whole skill)
Measuring learner baseline to differentiate programme/intervention
Sharing best practice with other skills-building organisations
Development or co-creation of new content
