Our employer partners periodically host visits to their workplaces by groups of students, who get a chance to meet employees and ask questions. Volunteers and students then get to work on a challenge that gives a flavour of what the organisation does.
London Symphony Orchestra have been running their music education and community programme 'Discovery' since 1990. They are particularly interested in working with young people who are disengaged or lack the provision to engage with music. They are using the Skills Builder framework to support quantitative assessment of their impact on soft skills, especially Teamwork and Aiming High.
