The Australian Centre for Career Education is a national career education subject association, subject expert, and endorsed training provider of career practitioners by the peak industry body, The Career Industry Council of Australia (CICA). It is a not-for-profit educational charity and thought leader in career education and development. With a long-standing partnership with Morrisby, it promotes and leverages the Morrisby platform and Skills Builder (Essential Skills) relationship to strengthen links between a student’s aptitudes, aspirations, and personality with their suggested subjects and careers. In parallel, it has a framework on which career practitioners may plan, implement, and scaffold an evidence-based and comprehensive career guidance service for their respective school, organization, or institution.

Online webinars are delivered to career leaders to support them in using essential skills to help their students achieve their career aspirations in the schools where they work. The webinars cover how to use the Morrisby platform and the corresponding section that utilises the Skills Builder Universal Framework. Additionally, there is one webinar that solely focuses on essential skills and how the Universal Framework can be used to support young people in building these skills and using them effectively as they enter the job market.
