JA Company Program

The JA Company Program, Junior Achievement’s flagship entrepreneurship learning experience,  through a 16-week curriculum,  equips students with the resources and the opportunity to create viable businesses to tackle challenges in their communities. Students are paired with business-savvy mentors to launch companies that deliver innovative products and services.

Students are asked reflection questions based on the steps in the Universal Framework. Students are also provided with a worksheet that gives them information from the Universal Framework to help them practise innovating effectively in a group.
