Day 3

So on #NCW2022 Day 1/2, we found #essentialskills are important for #careers, #employability, #wellbeing, and #recruitment - and they’re valued as such.

But there aren’t enough opportunities to build them, and the Tracker exposed other big issues around these skills.#EST2022

Day 4

Yesterday for #NCW2022, we discussed how the Tracker uncovered stark inequalities in the way #essentialskills are distributed.

All of these issues discussed imply the existence of a #skillstrap which is preventing many from unlocking their full #career potential. #EST2022
