Skills Builder Masterclass: Entrepreneurship and Raising Capital

The workshop introduces participants to the essential skills, how they are important in business and the role of CEO and how they can be developed. In addition, the session considers why essential skills are important.

During the session, attendees are introduced and engage with the Universal Framework and reflect on their own skills through Skills Builder Benchmark. They are then supported to build their skills through Skills Builder Launchpad.

Finally, participants are then guided to develop action plans to build their essential skills further in their own roles and consider how they can support their team to develop further.
