Digital Talent

Digital Talent is a new programme aimed at ensuring underrepresented young people of colour and low socio-economic backgrounds have access to training, qualifications and work experience, helping them capitalise on the ever-growing demand in the UK Tech sector.

London Youth supports community youth organisations to deliver their programme and provide opportunities for young people. They provide capacity-building support and training to support members to be able to access and use Skills Builder platforms and tools. They've incorporated Skills Builder Benchmark onto the Digital Talent programme through the personal mentoring so that every young people can track their progress and use it for applying for jobs and apprenticeships. When delivering events and workshops, London Youth will be referring to the essential skills in their delivery and sharing the universal framework with programme partners.
