WildHearts Employability Mentoring programme provides Y9/10 students with a workshop focused on career and employability delivered by Nestle employees. This workshop allows young people the space and the tools to meaningfully reflect on what employability means to them as well as hearing directly from Nestle employees on their career journey.
During the training of the mentors, WildHearts introduce them to the Skills Builder programme, showing them a video as well as explaining the specific skills the workshop focuses on.
