Sport 4 Life UK's employability programmes offer young people the opportunity to learn more about the skills and knowledge to gain sustained employment - as well as the opportunity to practice and develop these essential skills. These courses are often tailored and sector specific to focus on key outcomes for certain areas of work e.g. sport, events, security, healthcare. Core training modules include, but not limited to: understanding learning styles, labour market investigation, interview preparation, public speaking, effective job search & AI in employability

The essential skills icons are included in the presentations for each activity as well as including them in the lesson  objectives  to achieve a certain skill step

The Skills Builder Benchmark is used at the beginning and end of the programme to review the young people's skills and development throughout the course. They will reflect on this throughout the course too to gain deeper understanding of the skills and how to use them effectively in their life
