This programme equips teachers with the knowledge, skills, and mindset needed to effectively deliver international curricula through an enriched, learner-centred approach. It begins with a 3-week institute, followed by an 18-month internship. The internship is delivered through Problem-Based Learning, Action Research, and a thought piece for deep learning, supported by buddies and mentorship during the ticum. All components are anchored in sustained, deep reflective practice to enhance student voice, agency, and meaningful learning.
Problem-solving and Teamwork are intentionally embedded through Problem-Based Learning (PBL) and Action Research activities, where interns collaboratively identify real classroom challenges and design solutions. Throughout the programme, interns work in teams, receiving structured feedback from mentors and peers. Reflection checkpoints are integrated to track growth, with interns revisiting their approaches and demonstrating improved collaboration, problem solving, and solution design over time.
