The Dream Factory is an independent think tank and ecosystem enabler for innovation and social entrepreneurship, championing sustainable development by creating an enabling environment that empowers innovators, social entrepreneurs, and key stakeholders to design and scale solutions, drive systemic change, and close critical gaps within the ecosystem. The Entrepreneurship Club (E-Club) is a school-based programme that equips secondary school learners in Zambia with entrepreneurial mindsets and essential skills. Through curated training workshops, mentorship sessions, networking events, and national competitions, pupils and students learn to identify social problems and develop viable, sustainable solutions. Core modules focus on problem-solving, creativity, leadership, and teamwork, aligned with the Skills Builder Universal Framework. Participants also explore design thinking methodology, systems change, and effective pitching techniques. Each E-Club is supported by student leaders and teachers to ensure consistent engagement and implementation. The programme aims to inspire a generation of changemakers who view entrepreneurship as a practical and empowering career path.

The Entrepreneurship Club (E-Club) supports essential skills development by embedding the Skills Builder Universal Framework into every aspect of the programme. All training materials, workshop activities, and competitions are explicitly mapped to specific skill steps in problem solving, creativity, leadership, and teamwork. Each session includes pre- and post-assessments, reflection prompts, and self-evaluation tools to help learners measure their progress. Facilitators are trained to reinforce Skills Builder definitions and use consistent language throughout. By aligning programme content with progressive skill steps and providing structured opportunities for reflection and feedback, E-Clubs ensure measurable and meaningful skill development.
