The Executive Assistant Professional Programme develops the essential skills required for high-performing administrative and executive support roles. Participants build capabilities in communication, problem solving, leadership, and adapting through a blend of facilitated workshops, practical exercises, and real workplace scenarios. Learners practise structured communication, stakeholder coordination, and decision-making under pressure. The programme includes baseline and endline assessments, applied assignments, and reflective exercises to help participants recognise their development over time. By the end of the programme, participants will be able to support senior leaders more effectively, manage competing priorities, and contribute more confidently to team and organisational outcomes.
The programme integrates the Universal Framework essential skills into learning activities and assessments. For example, participants develop communication skills through simulated executive briefings where they practise organising ideas and adapting language to different audiences. Problem-solving is developed through workplace scenarios requiring learners to analyse situations and propose solutions. Participants complete baseline and endline self-assessments aligned to the Skills Builder Universal Framework and reflect on their development through guided questions, enabling them to identify growth across the programme.
