Flori is a WhatsApp-based social and emotional learning programme that supports students, teachers, and caregivers to develop essential skills. Through short, practical activities and guided reflection, it helps participants apply these skills in everyday interactions at school and at home. The programme combines digital prompts, classroom activities, and caregiver engagement to strengthen relationships, improve wellbeing, and create more positive learning environments.

The programme supports essential skills development by consistently using Skills Builder skill names and integrating them into participant-facing materials. Through regular prompts and guided reflection, learners are encouraged to assess how they communicate, collaborate, and respond to others in everyday situations. These reflections are linked to specific skill steps, helping individuals build a clearer understanding of their strengths and next steps. Engagement and responses are tracked through programme interactions, providing insight into participants’ self-awareness and progression over time.
