Me@23 gives students the opportunity to apply the skills of Planning and Adapting to map their lifestyle goals to required income streams. Students will be supported to analyse the financial consequences of various career paths, and learn how to learn balance their income with their outgoings. They will also practise sharing financial advice with other young people.

The names and definitions for the skills and skill steps are used consistently throughout Part 1 and Part 2 of the resource. Each activity is linked to a specific skill and step, which students discuss as a class before applying in the activity. Students reflect on how the specific skill steps supported them to complete the activities at the end of each session.
