The Next Level Graduate Programme is a structured 6–8 week career readiness programme designed to support graduates in navigating career decisions and building essential employability skills. The programme combines facilitated workshops, guided self-reflection, practical assignments, and peer discussions to help participants develop career clarity, confidence, and agency. Through a series of progressive modules, graduates explore self-awareness, labour market trends, career options, networking, and action planning. The programme is intentionally designed around peer accountability, coach support, and real-world experiences, ensuring participants move beyond theory into practical, career-shaping action.

Facilitated workshop slides map essential skills to learning objectives and activities, while the programme avatar, Selena, is integrated into the slides to model skill application through realistic graduate career scenarios using essential skill icons. Participants use the Next Level Skills Journal to reflect on and track skill application. After every module, learners complete a personal action plan to translate skills into real-world career behaviours, supported by peer accountability and coach feedback.
