This programme by Pifinity Education Foundation supports government high school students in India to explore career options and make informed academic and career decisions while developing essential skills aligned to the Skills Builder Universal Framework. Delivered through a blended model of facilitated sessions and structured digital handouts, students analyse real-life career scenarios, compare options, and reflect on their strengths and constraints. Guided prompts and activities help students practice problem solving, communication, self-management, and reflective learning in a career context. Skills are practiced and linked across modules, enabling students, especially first-generation learners, to build clarity, confidence, and a structured approach to future decision-making.

The programme supports essential skills development by explicitly embedding Skills Builder steps into session activities, handouts, and reflections. Essential skill icons and step language are used consistently in slides and student handouts to make skills visible. During activities, facilitators name the skill being practised and the related step. Post-session Google Form reflections prompt students to assess how they applied the skill and what they would improve, ensuring repeated practice and reflection across modules.
