ARISA Foundation's module integrates art, psychology and neuroscience to build self-awareness and emotional wellbeing in students from underserved backgrounds, especially in rural India. It involves weekly sessions facilitated by experts in psychology and art therapy who deliver a curriculum that is designed by neuroscientists, researchers and educators.

The Universal Framework step content is incorporated in all the session plans. The core ideas from the skill steps are incorporated in the form of a game or an art based activity. There are prompts and cues designed for volunteers to note down their observations of the skill building taking place in sessions. Lastly, the pre- and post-tests include reflective questions aligned to the steps of the Universal Framework.
