Stabil im Kopf provides accessible mental health education for socially disadvantaged youth aged 10–15. By delivering school workshops and teacher training in simple language, they dismantle stigmas and promote emotional intelligence. This programme uses the narrative of the famous manga "One Piece" to make teamwork skills concrete and memorable for young learners.
Each unit combines a short teamwork step explanation with a self-assessment, a story example from the "One Piece" crew, and a practical task such as a shared character profile, role-based group activity, or class flag design. Learners practice the skill step immediately in a group setting, so the workbook connects reflection with action. It uses pre- and post-workbook self-assessments on the same skill statements, so learners can reflect on their starting point and measure progress over time. In addition, each session ends with a brief reflection that links the activity back to the specific Universal Framework step and what to try next in class.
