The TichaCraft programme offers training to teachers to support the creation of low-cost learning resources that will transform classrooms locally and inspire globally. Key modules include: Human Centred Design Thinking and Video Creation and Editing. Educators are required to record an innovation as a core requirement for completion of the training.

The programme has teachers go through a professional development session on the Future ready educator helping to raise awareness of essential skills. Teachers reflect on their skills levels on Benchmark after the sessions.
