Five consecutive days of work experience specifically designed to support young people with social mobility barriers. The programme supports the development and progression of essential skills through real workplace activities.

The programme enables measurable progress in essential skills by combining structured reflection before and after application. Students complete baseline end of the day and week self-assessments using the Skills Builder Framework, supported by daily prompts to evidence skill use. Activities are intentionally sequenced to increase complexity, allowing learners to apply and develop their skills. This design ensures targeted development across defined steps of progress.
