The programme is organised and hosted by Urban Partners and consists of a range of workshops, facilitated by employer partners. The week-long experience hosts 16- and 17-year olds in the Kings Cross, Euston and St Pancras area and exposes them to local opportunities in the world of work.

Throughout the week, resources focus on a select number of essential skills. Opportunities are provided for learners to be taught these skills, practise them in a range of different contexts, and reflect on their progress. Learners are able to gain an insight into a variety of different roles and industries (including Marketing, Publishing, Air Quality, and Finance), and apply the essential skills required in these professions.
