During the Young CEO program students learn by doing. We bridge the gap between classroom learning and practical application by providing students with the tools and techniques to thrive in the real world. Through hands-on entrepreneurship training, students are inspired to build real businesses, develop essential skills, and create products, services, and solutions. Students are supported throughout complete cycles of ideation, design, prototyping, branding, pricing, marketing, and selling to real customers. Every profit belongs to the student who earned it.
Students have the opportunity to learn about each essential skill in depth. Through intentionally designed activities, students not only understand the why behind each skill but actively build it through hands-on experience in every session. Facilitators are trained to use the consistent language of the Universal Framework while guiding and supporting learners, ensuring the skills are named, recognised, and reinforced throughout. To capture growth, Connecting Dots uses an impact survey that allows learners to reflect on their own development, before, during, and after each session, giving students ownership of their progress and providing measurable evidence of skills development over time.
