Transformation Innovation Hub (TIH) empowers refugee and marginalised youth to become self-sustainable by developing their skills in social entrepreneurship and economic leadership. Through TIH's programmes, participants build essential skills, create innovative ventures, and contribute meaningfully to the growth of their local economies.

The Empowerment programme supports essential skills development by selecting a focus skill step for each session, based on the Skills Builder Universal Framework. Participants practise the skill through real-world activities and are asked reflection questions about the skill steps.
