The Expose Future Ready Skills program equips young learners with the confidence, skills, and mindsets needed for life‑readiness and employability, enabling them to thrive beyond academic performance. Delivered through a series of hands‑on experiential STEAM workshops across schools and youth organisations, the program helps students engage meaningfully in real‑world contexts and build essential skills for better life outcomes.
Our hands-on, experiential Expose sessions cover all eight of the Universal Framework essential skills, focusing on one skill step per session. Each slide deck, lesson plan and reflection worksheet has the skill icon and the definition reinforced multiple times. There is the opportunity through the session activities to apply the skill step. We have also created a pre and post assessment plan that both qualitatively and quantitatively tracks understanding of the skill step, confidence level and ability to apply each step in real-life contexts.
