This programme support learners outside of school at a dedicated centre. Throughout the Programme the goal is to make learners 'Future Ready', building their Skills like Teamwork and Speaking.

The Skill Builder Hub lessons, Stories, and Daily Skills Diary are used to reflect back after each activity is run. The Skill Builder icons are displayed in the rooms at the centre. Facilitators organise Team Building and Speaking Activities.  Regular reflection is encouraged as learners answer some reflection questions verbally after activities. This provides opportunities to reinforce the skill built and practise them in real-life situations.
