ReFlame is committed to empowering individuals during career transition, particularly those facing redundancy. The organization focuses on equipping people with the tools, confidence, and skills they need to navigate challenges, rebuild purpose, and move forward with resilience. Its work spans career coaching, mental well-being resources, and creating a supportive community where individuals can connect, grow, and thrive.

Those in career transition, self-assess themselves using Skills Builder Benchmark against each skill and then work building their skills to increase their employability and chances of finding a new role. There is the opportunity for individuals to have detailed discussions about skill step progression with a career coach who can provide them with feedback.
