Learning to Work is a youth development charity that facilitates the link between education and the world of work to bring opportunity to young people and equip them with the skills they will need to reach their full potential.

Their activities combine high quality independent, impartial careers advice and guidance with real-life insights into the world of work from local employers. Their activities have been developed with the Gatsby Benchmarks at their core and contribute to a stable structured careers programme in school.

They pride themselves on working with young people from all types of backgrounds to ensure they have the best start in life. They are also experienced in delivering support for young people with SEND, those from vulnerable groups and those at risk of becoming NEET.
