PeopleHawk incorporates essential skills development into its EPIC Career Journey. Students learn, assess and develop essential skills using the platform tools, underpinned by a Skills Builder integration which includes links to Benchmark and Launchpad. The platform also offers a variety of other skills development experiences including audio courses and Advanced AI interview prep.

PeopleHawk offers a full suite of AI-enabled career development tools, covering all the key aspects of a school's careers programme, taking each student on a personalised, differentiated career journey from self-exploration to successful study/work opportunities.

Career professionals and educators can manage entire cohorts of students (years/classes/interest groups), generate bespoke reports, launch career activities using digital materials (lesson plans/presentation slides/student worksheets), promote work placements /apprenticeships, share student career profiles with parents/employers, and run virtual careers fairs.

Students gain valuable personal insights through cutting-edge assessments (work styles, career interests, problem solving skills, etc.), research careers with regional LMI, develop CVs and personal statements, explore university courses, track work experience and activities, assess and develop essential skills, take accredited courses, prepare for video interviews with AI enabled feedback, and discover volunteering and work opportunities.
