Skill Solutions is a careers insight day for secondary schools, designed in partnership with Skill Builder and run by volunteers from the Adecco Group.

Pupils will take on the role of Recruitment Consultants, practising their Teamwork, Problem Solving and Listening skills.

Volunteers will also share their experience of how the essential skills are used in the workplace, bringing a broad range of careers to life.
