We’re thrilled to announce that after two years of piloting with many brilliant businesses, impact organisations, and education institutions, the new Skills Builder Employer Programme has landed.

The Employer Programme has been designed for businesses and not-for-profits of all sizes. We work with you to build the Skills Builder approach into your outreach activities, your recruitment practices, and into staff development. It can help address challenges around building a talent pipeline, creating a diverse and inclusive organisation, and improving retention through long-term investment in your staff.

What the Employer Programme is all about

The Employer Programme works with you to build the Skills Builder approach into your organisation, normally over the course of the year. Working closely with an expert Skills Builder Associate, we help you to identify where the approach could have the greatest impact by understanding your most pressing organisational needs – whether in your outreach, recruitment or staff development.

We then share tools that can help to assess essential skills, to train your team on them, and to create any programmes or materials that can help you. The result is a targeted shift in your organisational capabilities, and a more skilled, engaged workforce.
