Access and Invoicing
By submitting this form, you are starting your Digital Membership with Skills Builder. You are agreeing on behalf of your school or college to pay the Skills Builder Partnership the amount outlined above for access to the resources you have selected. You will gain access to your resources within 1 week of submitting this order form. Your invoice will be sent on receipt of this form. Invoices are to be paid in full within 30 days of receipt. If you invoice is not paid within this timeframe, access to resources will be revoked until the invoice is paid in full. If your finance team requires a Purchase Order number, please send it to finance@skillsbuilder.org.
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your Digital Membership before paying your invoice, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing info@skillsbuilder.org quoting “Digital Membership Cancellation”. Refunds are not available for cancellations that occur after the invoice has been paid.
Fair Usage
Through Digital Membership you can support colleagues to build their students’ essential skills, by adding them to your account on the Skills Builder Hub. Any staff at your school or college can use the resources you have access to as much as you like for the duration of this academic year
Data protection
At Skills Builder we take your details in order to communicate with you about features of your Digital Membership. We may also use your details to send communications to you regarding upcoming events, as well as sending our regular newsletters and journals. If you do not wish your details to be used for any of the above, please contact us.
Renewal
You will be contacted each year before we automatically renew your Digital Membership. You will have the option to change, add or remove resources or stop your Digital Membership.
