Director of Development
APPLICATION DEADLINE: 18th July 2019
Are you an ambitious leader and fundraiser, who wants to have a transformative impact on education and employment?

If you want to be a key leader in an energetic, inspiring team, and benefit from opportunities for rapid growth, development and challenge, we want to hear from you.

We are looking for a self-starter with a collaborative, entrepreneurial approach. You will have experience of managing programmes and high-performing teams to achieve ambitious targets.

You will have strong leadership capabilities: combining exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build and manage partnerships, and to identify and create opportunities, seeing them through to completion.

This role is a high-impact leadership position within the organisation, sitting on our Senior Leadership Team and reporting to the CEO. As we begin our next three-year strategy, the Director of Development will be able to have a systemic impact as we work to make our approach, underpinned by the Skills Builder Framework, the norm in the education system.
Finance & Operations Assistant
APPLICATION DEADLINE: 21st July 2019
Are you an effective team member, who wants to contribute to social impact in education?

If you want to be part of an energetic, inspiring team, and benefit from opportunities for rapid growth, development and challenge, we want to hear from you.

We are looking for a highly competent new member of the operations team. We need someone who pays attention to detail, is process driven and comfortable working with numbers and MS Office.

The operations team is small and you’ll be reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, so you’ll need to be someone who can be relied on to get things done.

As we begin our next three-year strategy, the Finance & Operations Assistant will help run the ‘engine room’ of the organisation, ensuring all our core functions run smoothly so that we can drive systemic impact in education.
