Our employer partners periodically host visits to their workplaces by groups of students, who get a chance to meet employees and ask questions. Volunteers and students then get to work on a challenge that gives a flavour of what the organisation does.
The EY Foundation’s Smart Futures programme helps young people facing barriers to achieving their potential in the workplace. The 10 month programme, which includes paid work experience and employability training, supports the development of the eight essential employability skills set out in the Skills Builder framework.
How they use the Skills Builder Framework
Explicit and consistent use of language from Framework

Measuring learner baseline to differentiate programme/intervention
Sharing best practice with other skills-building organisations
Development or co-creation of new content
