Manchester City Council is the local government authority for Manchester, It is composed of 96 councillors, three for each of the 32 electoral wards of Manchester. The Council has responsibility for many areas which affect the daily lives of Manchester residents. These include: The Environment, Roads and Transport, Education and Schools as well as many other support services. Over the course of the day students will meet a number of MCC employees and work alongside them on a fast-paced enterprise challenge.
