Our employer partners periodically host visits to their workplaces by groups of students, who get a chance to meet employees and ask questions. Volunteers and students then get to work on a challenge that gives a flavour of what the organisation does.

Through First Stage, the Royal Opera House offers people who are either in education or in the early stage of their career the opportunity to gain practical experience and invaluable insight into their working environments.
Additionally, their apprentice programme provides high-quality vocational training by learning on the job from some of the best skilled in the industry.
