TRIP-HOSTING EMPLOYER
Our employer partners periodically host visits to their workplaces by groups of students, who get a chance to meet employees and ask questions. Volunteers and students then get to work on a challenge that gives a flavour of what the organisation does.

The Solent SEND Community of Practice are a group of stakeholders who support young people with additional needs to develop life, educational and employment skills. In collaboration with Skills Builder, we will ensure that the current provision can be aligned with the Expanded Skills Framework. By working together in this way, young people will be more fully supported to make positive transitions and in turn, better prepared for adulthood.
