Our employer partners periodically host visits to their workplaces by groups of students, who get a chance to meet employees and ask questions. Volunteers and students then get to work on a challenge that gives a flavour of what the organisation does.
U-explore support schools and colleges with careers and employability guidance and tracking. Their digital platform, Start, is used across the UK for students to learn about different career paths, qualifications and employability skills. Teachers can also monitor students' progress and support their engagement. In joining the Skills Builder Partnership, U-explore will using the essential skills with Start and creating content to support development aligned to the framework.
