The Hope4Kids Foundation is a nonprofit initiative that provides underserved children and teenagers in Nigeria with access to quality education and life skills development. Through its Be The Change project, the foundation delivers targeted interventions such as academic support, vocational training, character education, and essential skills development. Programmes are facilitated in both primary and secondary schools, with a focus on inclusivity, empowerment, and long-term impact. Hope4Kids equips young learners not only to excel academically but also to thrive in employment and wider life through confidence-building and community-based learning opportunities.

Hope4Kids' mentoring program supports young people in work placements, encouraging them to reflect not only on the technical skills they build, but also on their essential skills. Both the young person and the employer are introduced to the Universal Framework, and a dedicated reflection sheet has been created to enable both parties to reflect on these essential skills.
