The Giddy2School Global Leadership Fellowship is a transformative programme designed to equip young changemakers across Africa with the skills, education, mindset, and networks needed to lead impact-driven initiatives in education, entrepreneurship, and sustainable development. Through intensive training, mentorship, and community-based projects, fellows become catalysts for change—empowered to create solutions that bridge inequality, drive innovation, and champion inclusive leadership in their communities and beyond.

The essential skills icon is branded on all the modules and links are attached for citation and additional reading.

At the beginning of the module, learners reflect on the essential skill steps and connect with the new body of knowledge from the Universal Framework. At the end lesson, learners clear misconceptions and connect the dots for what was previously missing through the module.

Learners carry out a social impact project, learning further, reflecting, applying, and progressing all that was learnt to solve a problem in their wider life. They then complete their final reflections at the end of their project to quantify the progress made.
