Sculpt’s Learn2Work programme supports young people to build and evidence essential skills through real-world, engaging experiences. Over a series of structured sessions, learners focus on Listening, Speaking, Problem Solving and Teamwork—progressing through Skills Builder steps via interactive activities such as business planning, budgeting challenges, and team-led campaigns.
Each session includes benchmarking, skill practice, and reflection, helping learners track their development and gain confidence. Scenarios based on customer service, financial literacy, and youth leadership provide meaningful contexts for applying skills in practical ways. Learner reflection logs show clear progression, self-awareness, and ownership of their growth.
The programme embeds skill-building intentionally and consistently, empowering participants to transfer what they learn to future education, employment, and life contexts.
