Careerpilot is an online career management platform offering careers information, support and advice for students, parents, teachers and careers advisors.

The student zone helps young people to manage their career decisions as they go through life, with comprehensive information and advice on all progression pathways including about courses, qualifications, apprenticeships and job profiles.

Career Tools such as the Skills Profile, help students to build a report about themselves, raising awareness of the eight essential skills and helping them to reflect on where in their life they have demonstrated and applied these skills. Students can add activities where they have demonstrated skills development and there are links to the Skills Builder Framework and Benchmark tools to support assessment against the individual skill steps. This tool, along with others, allows students to build an individual profile of their interests, qualifications, skills and choices that moves up with them each academic year.
