The MissionCX Work Insights (WIn) Week, part of their Pathfinder Programme, provides students with an insight into the organisation and the sectors they serve to enable them to make more informed career choices. The content is complemented by other partner organisations and is built around the project lifecycle, featuring an engineering problem statement that the students need to tackle. This requires effective Problem Solving, Listening, Creativity and Speaking Skills.

The MissionCX Work Insights (WIn) Week enables students to progress in essential skills by providing them with the opportunity to reflect on the essential skills, capturing their levels both before and after via their individual workbook, with the Skills Log embedded. The programme content has been created specifically to allow the students to apply the Essential Skills in practice and target progress steps at Intermediate level. Essential Skills icons - together with characters for each of the skills - are included on or in all resources including the workbook and presentation slides, and referred to throughout the programme, over the five days.
