Youth Empowerment

Tunaweza Innovation Hub empowers marginalised youth to succeed in social entrepreneurship by offering free collaborative spaces, expert mentorship, coaching, and comprehensive training in personal and professional development.

Workshops are aligned to essential skill steps from the Universal Framework. The development of essential skills is also supported by providing opportunities for youth to pitch their ideas to an audience and receive feedback, which aids their growth. Additionally, some young people are given the chance to lead sessions for their peers, further fostering their development. The young people also have mentoring sessions where the essential skills are discussed and use Skills Builder Benchmark to reflect on their skill steps.
