New partner: Great Minds Together

We're proud that Great Minds Together recently joined the Skills Builder Partnership.

Great Minds Together is a not for profit organisation with a multidisciplinary team that aims to deliver better outcomes for children and young people, particularly those with social, emotional and mental health needs and/or special educational needs and disabilities.  They aim to build in the skills builder framework into the interventions they deliver to young people. When delivering the Growth Mindset programme, they will utilise the framework and build it into our training of staff and volunteers so that they can use it as a basis when supporting young people into becoming more employable.

About Great Minds Together

The Great Minds Together team deliver 1:1 interventions, bespoke to each individual young person in order to equip them with the skills, coping strategies and support they need, while also providing crucial therapeutic wraparound support for their families. As well as signposting to statutory, public and community services, Great Minds Together mentors work closely with services, organisations and community groups in order to coordinate available support for young people, ensuring consistent and appropriate information sharing with the involvement of and consent of the young person, with a plan focused around their individual aspirations.
