The Teach, Breathe, Repeat Resilience Workshop Series is a virtual professional development programme designed to support teachers working in high-pressure environments. It equips educators with essential skills using the Skills Builder Universal Framework, focusing on Persisting and Seeking Support. Across four Zoom sessions, teachers engage in reflective activities, scenario-based practice, and peer-led support to build emotional resilience and problem-solving strategies. The programme includes structured pre- and post-surveys, journaling, and WhatsApp-based follow-up for sustained growth. It's ideal for schools or networks seeking a practical, skills-based approach to staff wellbeing and teacher retention.
The Teach, Breathe, Repeat programme integrates the Skills Builder Universal Framework throughout all resources and live sessions, with consistent use of skill names, step descriptors, and icons. Each session explicitly targets steps from Adapting (Step 3: Persisting) and Problem Solving (Step 2: Seeking Support). Participants engage in pre- and post-workshop surveys using Skills Builder reflection questions, apply the steps through scenario-based practice, and journal progress weekly. WhatsApp follow-ups and a final self-review tool track ongoing skill development beyond the workshops.
